How do I find the lowest vacation price?
Many people think that they'll only find the best flights or vacation packages on their own. Not true! Because of our partnerships with travel companies, we can offer you added amenities and more. We also offer you travel support before, during and after your trips. Do I have to pick from the vacations I see on your website?
Absolutely not, we can customize anything you see on website or provide you with a one-of-a-kind travel experience based on your unique needs, interests, and budget. We will get to know your travel dreams and then provide you with a vacation that will exceed your expectations. We are here to help you travel better.
When should I make my booking?
As soon as you are sure which dates you wish to travel, we would advise you to make your reservation. During traditionally busy periods (Christmas, New Year Carnival, Easter and Summer Season), we would book as early as possible. To obtain the lowest airfare must be book within 14 days or more in advance.
- Full passenger name(s) as per your passport or Id issued by any government.
- Dates you wish to travel and which destination (let us know if you have any flexibility) and how long you want to stay.
- Contact number and/or email address.
Do I have to pay in full straight away?
This depends. Some 'special offers' require payment to be made at the time of booking. Some other fares could be paid a few days after the reservation is done. Travel Tip - Pay early. We issue the ticket early and you avoid possible fare increases.
Should I purchase travel insurance?
E.Y Tours Co. highly recommends purchasing travel insurance, as it protects your travel investment, health, belongings and vacation memories before and during your vacation. Most travel insurance plans cover trip cancellation, interruption or delays, medical, dental, emergency medical transportation, lost luggage, missed connection, itinerary change, accidental death, and financial default of airlines, cruise lines and tour operators more and above it is a must for issuing and applying for visas.

How early should I arrive to the airport?
You should arrive at the airport a minimum of 2½ hours prior to departure. We strongly recommend reconfirming your flight time 24 hours prior to departure, for both origin and destination flights.
Does the airline allow name changes on airline tickets?
Name changes are not allowed in any circumstances. Once the ticket is issue the name can't be changed. Some airlines could change against a penalty fees.
What types of documents are required to travel?
For a domestic flight at check in a government ID is required. For international flights passport is needed, and a visa. So, please be advised to check if you need a visa for your destination.
On International flights do I need to pay departure tax?
Yes. Most countries charge a departure tax at the airport on the day you are returning home and it has to be paid in cash, in some countries could be at the hotel.
How many pieces of luggage I'm permitted?
Most of the airlines allow you to take 2 pieces of no more than 20 kilos and a carry-on of no more than 7 kilos. Extra luggage may be permitted by the airline at an extra cost.
It's my ticket refundable?
Most of the tickets are non-refundable. Unless you purchase an unrestricted airline ticket;
When can I cancel my reservation if I'm not traveling?
You must cancel or change your reservation at least one week in advance from the date of departure. If changes are not done within the time limit you will not have any value and can't be use.
How much is the penalty fee?
Depending on where you are traveling the penalty fee is different; according to the airlines as well hotel policy and cancelation fees, although the date of cancelation affect the penalty fees.
