In regard to refund of unused/unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance), the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 5 working days to process. For airline ticket refunds please check the "Airline refunds" section hereunder.
Cancellations, Modifications and Amendments
The chance to modify or change a flight ticket booked through E.Y Tours Co., and the manner in which to do so, will depend on the terms and conditions of your travel provider/s, associated to the fare type selected. Therefore, it may not be possible to cancel or modify the products or services requested, or it may be necessary to comply with specific requirements.
You should read all fare terms and conditions relating to your booking. If changes or cancellations are permitted, they can be effective by changing directly by contacting , or through the Contact Us form.
In the event of flight cancellation there will be an extra 50 USD fees imposed from E.Y Tours Co. in order to proceed with following up and deliver you the refund from the airline.
In the event you would like to change or amend a flight ticket purchased, through the contact us form instead of the automated change tool provided an administration fee of 50 USD per person per journey will be charged.
Airline Refund Procedures
- The refund method shall be the same method of payment.
- Please note that any refund for partially used tickets is always less than the price purchased.
- Refunds usually take 10-12 weeks to process, but in some cases may take longer.
Refunds, as appropriate, shall be processed in accordance with the payment method used at the moment of purchase and on behalf of the person who made the original payment. In the process of refunding a flight booking, note that not all concepts that constitute the price of the ticket are refundable. Any refund, even when booked through E.Y Tours Co., is processed in accordance with the refund policies of the travel provider/s concerned.
In the event of having purchased a non-refundable, non-changeable flight ticket and not being able to use the ticket, we would like to inform you that you may claim a refund for certain concepts charged at the moment of purchase:
- In the case of tickets issued by airlines belonging to IATA, it is necessary for you to expressly request the refund of unreturned fees from E.Y Tours Co. If you wish to request the refund of unreturned fees through E.Y Tours Co., you may direct your request by sending email to with this request, E.Y Tours Co. will carry out all necessary activities on your behalf to obtain said refund. Please note that the deadline for requesting the refund of unreturned fees in writing is twelve (12) months from the date of purchase of the tickets or six (6) months from the date of the flight, if this is later. These refunds may only be processed using the payment method used at the time of purchase and all refunds are subject to the corresponding airline policy. The applicable service fees of E.Y Tours Co. for processing these refunds are Fifty US Dollar ($50) per person. You authorize E.Y Tours Co. to deduct these costs from the corresponding refund amount.
- In the case of tickets issued by airlines not belonging to IATA (i.e. “low cost airlines”) or when payment for flights has been charged directly by the airline, it is necessary for you to request the refund of unreturned fees directly with the airline in question. In the event that you request this type of refund, you agree to E.Y Tours Co. to charge the bank/credit card used for purchasing the applicable service fees corresponding to your request.
